This Crazy Life

What do you do when you’re trying so hard, but it’s just not enough.  We went to the doctor on Monday.  Her weight and vitals are down, but we decided to keep her at home and working on adding some more food.  We then got labs and went home.  Then I got a call from the doctor.  Her blood sugar is low.  Her liver enzymes are high.  Like 3 times high.  I didn’t ask specific numbers.  She said other numbers were down.  Basically just showing what we know that her body is not in a good spot.  I can’t see the lab results for 24 hours, so I waited for them, and most of the numbers are similar to how they usually are when she’s like this, her liver has never been that high.  So that does definitely have me concerned.  Her doctor says it shows her liver has no extra glucose stores at all so it’s not able to function.  So we go back to the doctor Friday morning and are getting labs before we go.  And hopefully we don’t get admitted into the hospital.
